These Terms of Service describe how you may use the website and what to expect when you submit information for an on-site landscaping estimate request.

1. Acceptance of terms and site use

By using the website and submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.

If you arrange an order online/off-premises with Thrumbee, the following information is provided so that consumers and competent authorities can identify the seller/executor and the contractual information:

These Terms are prepared in accordance with Ukraine distance/off-premises consumer information requirements and applicable law, including Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (Про електронну комерцію) No. 675-VIII and Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Про захист прав споживачів) No. 3153-IX.

3. Estimate requests and non-binding quotes

When you submit your details (for example, name and a phone number; you may also provide email), you request an on-site landscaping estimate. Your submission does not create a binding contract. Any estimate/quotation we may provide is non-binding and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment and/or specification confirmation.

Service availability, timing, and the final scope depend on site conditions and feasibility. We may contact you to clarify requirements before confirming any work. If a date or scope is not available, we will notify you.

4. Information you provide

You must provide accurate and complete information. We may use the information you provide to respond to your request, communicate with you about the estimate, and, where applicable, process your consent for personal data processing.

5. Personal data, consent, and notices

Because the request form may collect personal data (e.g., name, phone, email), the processing is carried out in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" (Про захист персональних даних) No. 2297-VI. Where applicable, we provide notices and obtain consent for processing (including for cookies/trackers, if used).

6. Language

Information provided to consumers in Ukraine is provided in the state language (Ukrainian) as required, including where relevant and in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language" (Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної).
